Please note that from 16 May 2016 the way you order your repeat medications is changing.
You will no longer be able to order repeat medication over the telephone.
(Please Note: this does not apply to our housebound patients who will continue to be able to order their medication by telephoning the practice with their medication requests)
Following NHS England guidance, from 16 May 2016 repeat prescriptions may be obtained in one of three ways:
1) By posting a repeats slip from your previous prescription into the post box on our reception desk or;
2)By requesting the medications you require on line (please note you need to be registered for our online services as below) or;
3)You may order your repeat medications from your nominated Pharmacy if you are already registered for electronic prescribing and your pharmacy accepts these repeat orders.

Please note in all instances, we require 48 hours notice for repeat requests.

In line with the requirements of NHS England we have now allocated a named GP to each patient registered with us and this will normally be the GP that you are registered with at the practice. Patients do not need to take any further action with regards to this.
