Our inspection took place on Tuesday 12th April 2016. Overall we have received a 'Good' rating which the whole practice are very proud of.
Thank you to all of our patients who gave their time and feedback to the CQC team.
One area we are working to improve is the section headed 'Responsive'. The NHS organises a survey of patients and the results of this for our practice are below the national average. As such, this is our focus area and we continue to work hard with our PPG and our team to improve the areas identified.
Following NHS England guidance, repeat prescriptions may be obtained in one of three ways:
1) By posting a repeats slip from your previous prescription into the post box on our reception desk or;
2)By requesting the medications you require on line (please note you need to be registered for our online services as below) or;
3)You may order your repeat medications from your nominated Pharmacy if you are already registered for electronic prescribing and your pharmacy accepts these repeat orders.
You will no longer be able to order repeat medication over the telephone (NB this does not apply to our housebound patients who will continue to be able to order their medication by telephoning the practice)
Please note in all instances, we require 48 hours notice for repeat requests.

In line with the requirements of NHS England we have now allocated a named GP to each patient registered with us and this will normally be the GP that you are registered with at the practice. Patients do not need to take any further action with regards to this.
