We offer a text messaging service to all our patients.
Opting in to this services will allow you to receive:
- Appointment Reminders - for pre-booked appointments a reminders will be sent out the day before the appointment.
- Review Reminders - if you have a long-term condition such as Diabetes, Heart Problems, Asthma, COPD, High Blood Pressure etc we will invite you to attend the surgery for review to monitor your health needs.
- Test Results - the doctor will send blood test results to you mobile phone as soon as they have been received in surgery.
If you would like to opt into this service please inform a member of the reception team and provide your mobile telephone number. This can be done verbally over the telephone or at the reception desk or alternatively you can complete a consent form which can be collected from the surgery.
It is important to keep your contact details up to date, please inform the surgery should any of your details change.
