Opening Hours

 Monday: 08.30 - 20:00
 Tuesday - Friday: 08:30 - 18:00

The Surgery is closed for staff training every Wednesday from 12:30 - 2:00pm and from 12noon on the first Wednesday of the month.

Extended Hours

 The Surgery offers extended hours every Monday between 6.30pm & 8pm.

Pre-bookable appointments will be available during this time. These appointments can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance & bookings can be made online, over the telephone or at the surgery. Please note during this time we will not have a phone line (the phone will be through to the out of hours service) & the surgery will not be open for routine matters i.e. collection of prescriptions.

Should you need to cancel your late appointment on the day, after 6.30pm, this can only be done online. You can register for the online service by calling into the surgery with some photo ID & proof of address.

Appointments

All surgeries are by appointment only. To make an appointment, telephone or call in when the surgery is open. If the doctor of your choice is not available you will be offered the earliest possible alternative. 

Routinely doctor's appointments are 10mins if you require a longer appointment please inform the receptionist.

Urgent cases will be seen the same day. Appointments are set aside each day for urgent problems.

If you need to be seen that day please telephone or call in as early as possible. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT.

To reduce pressure placed on staff and give patients the opportunity to see a GP as soon as possible, we have agreed that GP appointments can only be booked 14 day in advance, all other appointments will be available on the day.

Monday appointments for all GPs are bookable on the day only.

We offer telephone consultations. If you do not need a face to face consultation and think your problem can be dealt with over the phone, please inform the Reception Team, who will arrange a time for the Doctor or the Nurse to contact you.

Home Visits

If you are unable to attend the surgery but need the doctor to call, please telephone the surgery before 10am (except in emergencies).
